Content is king, distribution is queen and context is God. Every self-respecting digital marketeer recognizes these statements and is aware that relevant and personalized content is a necessity in today’s world. To have the ability to provide relevant and personalized content, you need to have a lot of it. Maybe you have more content than you think, but you just don’t know where it is hiding.
Looking at our own organization, we have already come a long way. After our team building weekend a couple of years back, pictures and movies were distributed via weTransfer. Documents that were edited in collaboration with a partner were placed on Dropbox or Office365. Articles and blog posts were stored on the author’s personal drive and published on our web site. Most project information was kept on our company’s network drive. Team member pictures and info content were centralized on Sharepoint. And I can go on for a little longer if I want.
Producing and publishing personalized digital content faster or more cost effectively is a priority for over 95% of global marketing leaders. (Source: Sitecore and SoDa: Trends in Personalization report 2019)
And then the moment is there, you want to use one of the team pictures of the latest team building weekend in your next social post. After searching your own personal drive and the company’s network drive, you start asking around to your colleagues. Everybody remembers how fun the weekend was, but nobody remembers where the pictures are. We can talk about pictures, videos, documents, presentations, articles, news items,… it doesn’t really matter, we all know the feeling to search for content having no clue where it’s hiding.
Imagine you would have one centralized platform where you can plan, find, create, and distribute all the content you need? Well, we have some good news for you, Content HubTM can do all of this. Content HubTM is a full-scale integration platform for marketers including Digital Asset Management (DAM), Marketing Resource Management (MRM), Content Marketing Platform (CMP), Product Content Management (PCM), and Web-to-Print tools.
